Reprints or replacements may be issued if your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective. To request a reprint, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a description and photos of the issue.
Refunds are not offered for printed items due to their custom, on-demand nature, except in cases where a replacement is not possible.
Digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
